Hi, I currently have a PDF with a table of contents, and about 116 pages of content. Each entry in the table of contents is linked to its respective page.
The situation is that I might have to add in an extra page in say, page 78, that would mean that all links for page 78 and up would be 1 page behind. How do I remedy that?
