PDF Creator - Installed, but it complains it can't find file

I went to a meeting this week and got a high recommendation for this freeware program that lets you create a PDF by printing from any Windows program. It adds PDF Creator as an option in the print dialog. I can't even open the program or print with it without this dialog:

Cannot find gsdll32.dll. Please check the ghostscript-program directory (see options)!

I downloaded the dll from a site (hopefully it's the right version), placed it in the PDF Creator directory and in System32, but that hasn't helped. Can't find the "ghostscript-program directory." Any ideas? Thanks.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and it's OK now. I'm disappointed, however, because the JPG's I put in the file don't look good in the PDF's. Probably not the fault of the program. Don't know what's causing that.
