PDAs that are more like minilaptops?

I was thinking about getting a PDA that's more like a mini-laptop - built in keyboard an all . I remember that the HP jornado was exactly what I need but they don't make them anymore... Any other suggestions? I just need to be able to take notes and such, don't need a laptop.

don't they only have a few megs of space?

Great point, but I don't really need much space. I need it to transcribe notes at meetings - an sd card with 128mb would be fine for that. One of those slick sub-notebooks are too expensive and too poweful for my needs and a traditional PDA with an external keyboard is kinda sloppy.
