PDA?

Well...I'm seriously thinking about the PDA action here. I would appreciate any and all input.

I've personally used one of the Palm Pilots. I liked the interface and everything, and I kinda see them as a bit of a standard. But I totally love the Microsoft thing. How is Windows CE? Are there any good PDAs that can use the WinCE? Syncing with my Outlook is a MUST. Thanks for all the thoughts!
