I've been really impressed with my dad's Dell Axim. He has terrible handwritting, but it recognizes even his cursive with no problems.

I'll second the Axim. I have had it for a while and have no major issues with it.

What I'm askin is, when you have it in your pants pocket, do you notice that it's there.

Also, when you use it, does it feel "big" in your hand.

What I'm trying to go for is functionality. I want to be able to carry it with me at all times, and whip it out to make a note without feeling like I'm taking out my computer.
