PDA that takes xD as an espansion card?

I'm looking into getting a PDA with wireless, and all that jazz, and I have an xD digital card for my camera, as it stands now, and would find it pretty convenient to just use the same digital card for both.

Do they make a PDA that uses xD cards? I've looked, but I don't see anything, unfortunately, does anyone know of anything?
