PDA serial printing help

I am creating a custom app for a Serial Label printer (DYMO 300SE)
and was wondering if anyone has gone through doing this with
Penndragon Software using this printer or any other printer.

Also if I get the serial connector for a Handspring Visor
will this allow it to communicate with the printer?
