PDA selection

I'm interested in buying a PDA.
Here are some of the things that I want:

Wireless 802.11b is a must. Bluetooth and Infared are nice, but I can live without them.
Decently fast processor.
About, oh, 64 mb RAM and ROM
Nice, bright screen.
some kind of card slot
Windows Pocket PC operating system, so I can sync with software like Outlook.

I'm looking at the Dell Axim X30 now. It seems like a good deal. Is there a better deal? Maybe for under 300 dollars? Thanks.

For price/performance the Dell Axims are hard to beat - if I had to replace my HP Ipaq today I'd get the 625mhz Dell Axim. Hp makes nice pda's but they're expensive.
