PDA Recommendation (sub $100 category)

I'm looking for a PDA that I can use as an organizer for holding stuff like calendar events, notes, etc... simple stuff like that.

Can someone point me in the right direction? It just has to be fairly inexpensive and not fancy.

I had a bad experience with a Pocket PC 2002 which failed to turn on after 25 days of usage

Something simple, durable, and cost effective is what I'm looking for.

Any of the numerous Palm devices; the M500 can be found for just a hair under $100 if you're lucky, and closeout stuff(M1xx) can be found for less than that.

The Palm Zire21 looks nice, 8mb memory, i think its no color tho which kinda sucks. I think its something worth a shot and u can buy it new for under $100 or just a little over
