Does anybody know of any thing that is about the same size as a pda and has USB support I just picked up a 2gb jump drive and would love to use it with it. I know most PDAs now have CF slot and could get a 2gb CF card but i already have the drive and would like to use it...

My e740 had an adapter that gave it a VGA and a USB jack. I did some neat stuff with that thing... but the battery release switch being in such a bad location made the whole thing worthless. Look at toshiba pda's if they still make-em

RATOC and Twin Paradox make a USB host adapter that plugs into the CF slot. USB1.1 is all you get though, and they cost about $100.

i think it's interesting that you're willing to spend so much money to accomodate this $99 drive. Why not just sell it and get a $99 compact flash card ?

the drive is easier to work with from computer to computer to pda than a CF card.'

USB2 flash reader isn't easy enough?

Why you would want an adapter & then a flash drive sticking out the side of your PDA when you have a CF slot to use is beyond me.

Not to mention you'd be limiting your read/write to USB1.1 speeds.

A good quality CF card is the obvious choice.
