Budget $300. I want to be able to game/play mp3's, will say a Dell Axim or Sony Clie be able to do this decently? Or should I just get an Mp3 player?

Thanx.

BTW my RCA Lyra died on me:(. (had it for 3 years, it was my fav)

Do you want to listen to music, or plan next monday's dentist's appointment?

Get an iPod.

You can put a calander on your iPod too...kill two birds with one stone ;)

SUre its not like a real PDA, but it works in a pinch

get a very small pda such as the HP Ipaq 1940/1945 along with a large SD memory card! Or you can opt with the HP Ipaq 2215 which has dual slots for a CF and SD card

Wait till the 2215 comes down a bit, then jump on it. It's easily worth going over the 300 budget, as that thing rocks: light, fast, dual slot, etc etc. You can actually go 30fps doing gba and snes games on it :)
