PDA Face off (Not really)

Can any one recommend me a Windows CE Based PDA? I'm going for Windows CE based one because my palm VII died and my friend said I should get a Windows CE based PDA. I also used the Windows CE based PDA and was awsome but I'm trying to avoid HP. Any suggestions!?

HP makes some of the best models, so why avoid them?

BTW what are you looking for? Portability, battery life, lots of expansion, wireless, etc? And budget?

i bought a Sony Clie in FS/FT forums recently. Clie t665. it's amazing. 320x320 color screen. does MP3's, MPegs. uses Sony Memory stick tho.

course i only pay $40.00 for it so i'm not complaining.

Man shut up highschool dropout looser with no life. The reason why I'm avoiding HP is because they seem to run a bit slower than other brands I've tried. I would get a clie' but it runs on the palm OS. The Palm OS is fine but I wasnt able to do as much as I wanted to on my old Palm VII. Kinda wished I sold the palm after the contest I won it in online. So yea I'm looking for one with lots of expansion because I like to upgrade a lot! How is the Asus PDA? Also I've noticed that Windows CE based PDAs seem to surf the internet better than palm, I had an extremely difficult time doing anything on the internet with my Palm VII despite the fact it was wireless and the whole point of it was to be able to use the internet!

I have a palm based PDA (clie nx73, althought clie's are discontinued now in the US) which I am very happy with, it does everything I want, it has a wonderful keyboard too, and it has wireless internet too, and it the OS (palm kernel) has a much small footprint too than the windows ce, but its a matter of preference in the end. I like palm for its simplicity

Well highschool drop out who lives at home because I have it install on one of my systems. If anyone read my post carefully I said Windows 95OSR2. What I did forget to mention is the intel usb driver supplement. I have many computers and some computers run better with other operating systems then others. Does that answer you question "my dick is too small to get women so I decided to switch to guys (macs)". Fcking looser.

My recommendation is the Dell Axim X30, the mid and high level models offer the newest Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition, built in 802.11b WiFi, Bluetooth support and more.

Yossarian I think your exaggerating when you say 10 year old PDA, It's acutally 1999/2000. I'm not bitching because of it's monochrome and it was "too slow" but because of the fact that even back when I FIRST got the dang thing I still had difficulty in using the internet. Surprisingly enough it had incredibly good signal quality where ever I went but the problem is, what are you going to do with the signal once you have it? I tried my best to use the internet on it but to no avail. I don't complain about old electronics because there old and they don't function anymore. I complain because they had that problem when they were NEW! I didn't want the thing to die because it was still partly useful and I liked it but since it's dead now and I had bad experience with getting palms on the net (Webpages) I want to go with Windows CE. I understand it's WiFi now which is ok because I have subscribed to T-Mobile for my laptop so all is good in electronics land. I could have sworn there were some better HP PDAs but the last time I looked for a Windows CE based PDA was back in 2001/2002. I do know that they have a new operating system name for Windows CE but I forgot what it was.
I probably should have sold it when I first got it if I had surfing the net problems but I really liked it and I wasnt sure what I would do with the money once I had it. Sighs

Hum dell PDAs, thats new! Yea they look really amazing and they have pretty large screens. My question is now does it play pretty good quality sound!? Also are there any PDAs that use Compact Flash? Kinda want to use the same media for all my electronics from printers to PDAs. If this plays good quality audio I might get it instead of a damn MP3 Player because I really don't have too many songs anyways.

From what I've recently read in your posts, I would venture to say that your difficulty in accessing the internet more or less has to do with you being an idiot of olympic proportion.
