PDA choices...technology questions...etc

I am going to buy a PDA very soon, and I think I have things narrowed down to the HP IPAQ series. However, I want to avoid under/over buying and get something I won't be happy with. The two models I'm looking at are:

HP IPAQ h4155
HP IPAQ h2215

As far as I can tell these two units have the same CPU, same memory, same screen, same OS, etc.

The differences as far as I could tell (that mattered to me) are:

1. 4155 has integrated Bluetooth and 802.11...the 2155 has neither, but can be added with additional card.

2. 4155 has Integrated SD slot - supports SD/MMC type standard, SDIO ready. 2155 has SD slot - SD, SDIC & MMC support; CF slot - CF I & II

For #1, I didn't think getting 802.11 by adding a card would be a big deal. Besides the additional cost of the card, is there any downside of going this route (integrated vs. add on) ?

For #2, I am totally in the dark as far as solid state memory technology. What is the real difference betwee the two units and the type they support? The biggest question: I have a Sony dsc-p10 digital camera, which uses memory stick. Will either of these two units be able to read the memory sticks from the camera?

Also, I almost forgot. One of the biggest requirements was also for connectivity, when not in wireless "hotspots". I need the ability to connect to the Internet, even when a 802.11 network is not available. Any good suggestions on how to do this (cellular modem, etc) ?

Any information would be greatly appreciated, and if there are any positive or negative things about either unit anyone wants to give, please feel free to respond. Someone also said that there are some new models coming out from HP in the next month or two, but I didn't know if that was BS or not...anyone have any info on this?

thanks in advance!
