Has anyone ever used PCTV To Go from Pinnacle Systems ?
Does it really deliver what it claims to do ? and if you purchased it online how was the customer service of Pinnacle.
I'am asking this because im still waiting (8 weeks now) for my order and they seem to have only one active office (UK), mails dont get replied to and so on...

Please share your experience, if any. Thank you.
