yeh, link works off and on...

If you do get to the page, there is a link &quot;Apply now&quot; in the dark blue frame which doesn't work, cuz its linked to the page 'Apply.htm' whereas the apply now link on the left links to 'apply.htm' -- only the left one works.. HAHA very professional !
