are there any out there, that have like a 802.11a/b/g and bluetooth combined
and any other combos out there, besides firewire and usb 2.0

I know that there are some that are a/b/g... but as far as blue tooth i don't think so because they are two different standards
 
Get yourself a 802.11g PCMCIA card that is backward compatible (most are) and a separate Bluetooth adapter for a USB slot - like a thumb drive. Bluetooth is a totally separate thing.
