PCMark04 Raw Write Issues

I have just finished building a small computer for the folks. I usually like to run some benchamarks to make sure the system is stable before giving a buildt computer to anyone I build one for or sell. For some reason this damn computer crashes everytime I run PCMark04 on the Memory Tests - 8MB Raw Write or even the 4MB. Anyone know why this might be happening or how to fix it?
