PCIe Frequency in Bios

Not sure what this control is for but it's set to 100MHZ right now... can this be optimized to run my EvGA 7800 GT CO? will it improve overclocking????

You don't want to OC your VC from the BIOS. You do it in Windows using a utility. Coolbits works great for nVidia cards.

You'll leave the PCIe frequency at 100MHz if you know what's good for you.
