PCIe 1.1 vs. PCIe 2.0

If your board uses the an Intel X38 or 4-series chipset, an AMD 780/790 chipset, or an NVIDIA 7xx chipset then it's PCIe 2.0. Otherwise it's PCIe 1.1. And currently the difference is minimal at best with current cards; obviously no one has a next-gen card to test it with quite yet.

Would there be any problem since the m/b is PCIe 1.0 ?

Its pci-e 1.1

That won't be the major limiting factor, but the 16x 4x will
