I have an old eVGA 7800GT Video Card and I'm wondering if it will work properly with a new MB that has PCIE 2.0 slots? I assume yes but just wanted to make sure.

Thanks. Yea I can't believe I remembered my username and password. No I don't plan on doing any gaming. My old Socket 939 MB Desktop died on me a few years ago and I have just been running with my laptop. I'm going to build a new desktop but don't want to buy a new video card, especially since an AM10 Trinity is more powerful than my 7800GT. If I want more cpu power than the AM10 provides I will need to have a discreet video card for my new build.
