PCI-X Raid Cards in PCI slots?

I'm looking in getting HighPoint RocketRAID 1820A Car, Currently the Server has ECS P4M800PRO-M with 3 PCI slots. The Raid Card is a PCI-X (NOT Express) Can I use this Card with the current MB?
 
It depends on the card. The PCI-X cards will fit into a standard PCI slot usually but if they are compatible with older PCI slots then you just won't get the extra bandwidth that PCI-X provides. Not all cards are backwards compatible like that though.
