PCI Wireless Card needed for video playback

I am looking for PCI wireless card for my computer. I need to be good enough to play back high resolution video files over network without getting frozen/dropping frames/etc.

Right for for my wireless routers, I have 2 of them. One is Buffalo 108AG (Atheros chipset super A/G) and other is Linksys WRT54-GL (Broadcom chipset). Even though I have Atheros wirless cards on my notebooks, I always have trouble with the Buffalo wireless connection. The data transmit rates really go up and down, not good enough connect play back even normal 640x480 video files!

I really haven't used the WRT54-GL's wireless connection much. But I thinking it will probably be more stable than the Atheros based Buffalo one.

Any suggestions for Wireless PCI cards to go along with the Linksys or maybe even Buffalo?
