PCI Wifi adapter gone?

I buolt a pc a couple days ago, and everything was working great. I booted up today and the PCI wifi adapter wasn't detected. The green status light on the card was also off. I tried rebooting, removing and replacing, but no change. I really don't want to RMA it. Troubleshooting ideas?

hey frank tank--

it sounds like the wifi adapter is going into power saving mode and not reawakening.

Or: driver issue.

Model name and # of wifi adapter?

Driver version you are using? Oh: and OS and version? Mobo? More info might help with troubleshooting--unless you don't mind reseating it with each reboot. (Great, until the PCI adapter comes off the mobo--they are not built for multiple in/out cycles.)
