PCI Video Cards????

I was givin the job by my daughter and her roomie to upgrade their pc. They own a Gateway pc.
The mobo has all PCI slots. The bought a ATI video card that was a AGP card.
Are PCI slot video cards still made and available?????
If so, can anyone give me a idea who makes them???
