PCI Video Cards?

Looking to setup a cheap computer to play World of Warcraft on...problem is the computer I found only has PCI Slots. I know the game's video requirements aren't that strong, so I figure a PCI card could handle it.

any recommendations? I don't see many PCI Reviews out there.
 
Please search; this gets asked fairly often.

The best PCI choices are the GeForce FX5700LE, the RADEON 9100/8500 (out of production and VERY hard to find; also note that the RADEON 9000/9200 are NOT THE SAME AND ARE MUCH SLOWER), and the GeForce 6200 (new card; haven't seen performance numbers on it).
