During one of my classes today this guy I know tried to convince me that a person had taken 4 of the G3/G4 PCI video cards and had set up 4 monitors, one on each. I told him that's mpossible, because they're not PCI-E so the mobo wouldn't know what to do.
Isn't that the same thing as if I had let's say one 9800 Pro in one AGP slot and another 9800 pro in another AGP slot? It wouldn't know which device to pick.
My real question I guess is: is it possible to hook up multiple PCI video cards and have them all run properly as a multiple display without having to do any work?
