PCI Video Cards

Does anyone have any reccomendations for a decent pci card around (preferably under) $100? Radeon 9250 vs GeForce FX5200 seems to be a big question. If anyone can help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I think only VisionTek made them, and I know they are no longer made (having worked there). Good luck finding one, but a great find if you can. Bear in mind the DVI port on it is DVI-D, but that won't matter if you're just running one standard CRT monitor, with the regular VGA connection.
