Hey guy's I need to know what the best PCI version of video cards are the best out there, nVidia or ATI, I bought a P3 mobo/CPU that doesn;t have a AGP slot on it only PCI so I need a "kick ass" PCI video card, nothing too grapically intense will be used on it, will be mainly for my nieces to play some of there 3d Barbie & disney games on, my brother may try some older games liek Q3A & UT & stuff but nothing else really, so its not like there gonna be playing FarCry or anything remotely like it, need a card with at least 64MB RAM on it.

Thanks for any suggestions!!!

You're probably the twentieth person to ask about this in the last six months. Do a search. The short answer is "Get a RADEON 9100 or 8500". If all you're playing is older games, you may find a GeForce2MX or GeForce4MX perfectly acceptable (although they can't run DX8.1, and are fairly iffy even on DX8.0-only games).
