PCI Video card

I have Fedora Core 2 and I am looking to run second monitor (now) and possibly a third in the future off of my linux box. The video card will only be used for websurfing, displaying terminal shells, etc. My primary concern is that it is compatible with Fedora Core, from a company with decent customer service, and has a passive heatsink for no noise.

What card should I get? Right now the only cards I've looked at are here:

but I have no idea if Fedora core supports these. How do I tell?

Nvidia has better drivers for what you are looking for. If this is only going to be used for 2D work, id suggest getting a Geforce4MX card. The cheapest you can find with passive cooling. I know this card comes in both flavors, so just search for it on newegg.
