I would get voodoo 3 if I was to go pci. Since they dont use agp features(most of them are useless like fast writes)I think they would actualy be faster. You could also wait for a geforce 2mx pci but I dont know when some wil be available.

I am a big fan of voodoo for older slower processors. I run a Guillemot Maxigamer Phoenix Banshee card on a Tyan TX chipset motherboard with a P-233 MMX processor. With 128 MB of ram, it does pretty well for a 3 year old system. I tried a Voodoo 3 3000 PCI and while it seemed a little faster, I think the processor was holding it back. The V3 3000 runs great in my Celeron 366 and also works well in my main system. Still pondering an upgrade to a geforce 2 MX in my main system, but have so far resisted the temptation.

www.ocie.com is selling inno3d (www.inno3d.com) pci Geforce2 MX cards, I think the OEM one was like $137, otherwise go with a voodoo3, although I have seen Diamond Voodoo2's for $50 before, that wouldn't be too bad of an investment in an older machine.

The voodoo 3 does not suport 32 megs of ram(it would be a waste with smal textures at 16 bit) and yer you can o/c it to v3 3k speeds but only if you invest in some cooling(a small fan on heatsinc). The voodoo 3 2k is clocked at 143 and the 3k at 166.
