PCI USB cards with a USB header for front USB?

THREAD about my fried USB ports

instead of sending my mobo back under rma, it looks like it's the same price as shipping to buy a pci usb card,

i see 4+1 (4external, 1internal) usb cards for ~$10. but the internal usb port is a regular usb poer, and not a header for front usb on a case.

do inexpensive usb cards w/usb headers exist? if so, LINK?

I searched froogle with "pci usb internal header" and got tons of hits.

nope.. the internal header is just an interal usb port.
They say USB-A/Pin header port x 1 but here's a closeup of the PIC

I dont see a pin out for my front usb.
