PCI standby power

On most newer boards there's power going to the PCI bus even when power is turned off, what pins on the PCI connectors deliver power to cards such as NICs for WOL functionality? (I'm looking for pin numbers+names)

As far as I can tell the 5Vstb is on the ATX power connector. However I know that there's power on the PCI bus on many new motherboards, yet I can't tell where the power is and where it isn't. On the board I'm working with there's even a PCI bus power LED that stays lit.
