PCI Slots Quit Working

I was recently trying to overclock my computer when I realised that I couldn't use my SATA ports 1 and 2 on my MSI Nforce3 motherboard because the frequency isn't locked on those 2. I then switched my HDD's to SATA ports 3 and 4 and my PCI lock to 67 and now my Audigy2 sound card quit working. I tried switching PCI slots, switching the sound card, switched my SATA back to normal and reset BIOS, changed PCI lock between 66 and 67 and I have had no luck. The card also will not show up in my Windows Device Manager. I am really frustrated and hope someone can help so I don't have to go out and buy a new motherboard. Thank you.

Well nobody replied but I see some have looked, but I have solved my problem in case anyone was actually trying to do any research on this. I had to completely power off my motherboard and let the capacitors completely discharge over night after reseting my overclock back to stock. I think the problem is still caused by my SATA ports 1 and 2 because when I tried switching them around I never actually let the mobo power down and I think the PCI bus and SATA bus were still getting too high a FSB, or didn't reset themselves or something of the sort.
