PCI Slot Video Cooler ???

Recently my fan on my Leadtek geforce 2 card died on me and I have been having some overheating problems. I know I have heard of a video card cooler that plugs into the pci slot under my AGP slot to cool the card. I have looked all over for one of these but I cant find it. Is this what I should be looking for? or maybe something else? Please somebody point me in the right directioooon b/c i dont wanna fry the thing =)

Why not just take the old hsf off and replace with a blue orb cooler, then you don't have to waste that extra pci slot?
