Hello,

I'm looking for a (normal) PCI card with SATA II Port Multiplier (FIS based) support. I want to use it with the Addonics 5x1 eSATA port multiplier.

SiI 3132 is one of the more affordable chipsets that supports it.
All the ones i can find are PCI-X or PCI-E.

Thanks in advance,

Putting the PCI-X card in a PCI slot should work just fine. As long as you're not expecting a whole lot of performance, at least. You'll be limited to about 100MB/sec, assuming nothing else is running on your PCI bus at the same time.

many 64bit PCI-X cards can be connected via regular 32bit PCI .. Try contacting the card manufacturers to see if that would work with their hardware.
