pci riser card advice in 1U chassis

Hi all,

Here's my problem:

I have a 1U rig with a G965 uATX motherboard in it. I need it to accept an expansion card, a pci firewire b card. To do this, I'll need a pci riser card. Problem is, I don't know anything about them.

First of all, all of the cards I have seen so far are either pci-X or pci-e risers. What I need is a regular pci slot (the kinds that come on desktop motherboards) to pci slot riser, but I can't even find one. Although the motherboard I have has one pci-e slot as well, if they make riser cards that are pci-e to pci.

Secondly, I am planning on using the full bandwidth firewire b offers, and I hear certain cheap riser cards can severely degrade performance. Should this be a concern?

So, in summary, can anyone point me towards a quality 1U pci riser card that would suit my needs? Links would be helpful. Thanks.
