PCI modem

From the manufacturer of said modem? This is why external modems rock, they only require the serial port driver which MS has already ported.
 
I have a Rockwell V1456VQH-R3 PCI modem on my Windows XP X64 Edition OS.
I cannot find a 64-bit driver for it.
 
Then you're probably screwed. If the manufacturer didn't put out any drivers for Windows, chance are that no one else will either.
