In my system devices, there's a question mark on, other devises-PCI input controller.
Is this something I should worry about?

PCI input controller...that might be the gameport on your soundcard..

What other PCI cards do you have?
NIC? Modem? Have you installed drivers for all of them?

Did you install drivers for the onbaord Promise ATA100 chip?

Edit: n/m that's called Mass Storage Controller when it's unrecognized.

I'm not sure I don't have an AE...

But I look on my PCI device listing screen at boot up and in Slot3 there is a PCI Multimedia Device and a PCI Input Controller (Slot3 is where my SBLive! is), when I installed the SBLive! drivers it did both.

You might want to try re-isntalling the A.Edge drivers....not sure...
But I have seen that term "PCI Input Controller" and it relates to my soundcard.

I can't really help you much more than that...sorry :(

ya most likely your sound, click properties on that unknown device and hit update driver, stick your sound card's drivers disk and youll probably probably have to browse for them..
