Here is a link for a PCI card that creates an FM signal from the sound output on your computer. (if I understand it right). Does anyone here have experience with this? What I would like to do is use the card to play my mp3 files, and listen to them on my regular radio in the backyard. How legal is this? Is the 5W booster needed? How practical is this?
