PCI Express Mobo

Hello

I'm going to be making the jump to PCI Express. I'm also going to be getting rid of my ATI and switching to nvidia so i can make the jump to SLI mode as well.

Whats a stable mobo comfortable with oc'ing, capable of SLI, PCI-express enabled, and able to run 4 sticks of ram dual channel? I havent kept up on the motherboard scene for a while, so i dont even know if a board exists to meet that.

Also, are you even able to run SLI mode using PCI-Express cards?

On a side note, can anyone suggest a good water cooling kit that i can fit into a Thermaltake Armor or Lian-Li PC-75 case?

Thanks in advance!!

DFI makes stable mobos that are good for ocing. Also, an Asetek should be good. I'm not sure if the thermaltake bigwater or the coolermaster aquagate fit.

Waht you want is a Venice A64 chip, the DFI -SLI mobo and two 6800GT's. If you go with 2x 6600GT's you might as well get 1x 6800GT since its more powerful most of the time and less expensive.

i believe you need san diego core or venice if you want to run four sticks of ram. asus......dfi......and msi make sli boards i like. dfi over clocks the best imho. i dont use water cooling but danger den stuff is real popular. that thermaltake armor case is nice i cant imagine what wouldnt fit in there. lol

asus a8n-sli dlx is a good mobo for that, not very good for ocing memory and max volatge is too low (ie can't use some sticks that need <3.0V). but it has nice features, had it for 3 months no complaints yet
