PCI express 1x sound card - where can I get one?

I'm out of PCI slots, but don't have need of a mobo upgrade otherwise. It turns out my external Audigy 2NX cannot capture audio, I need an internal card for that.

Someone at work said they saw a generic PCI-x soundcard on some website, but left for a two-week vacation before telling me where he saw it....

Might anywhere know where I can grab an early PCI-express 1x soundcard? Thanks in advance...🙂

I have an ethernet card and a video capture card and a x850 pci-e graphic card that, unfortunately takes up two slots, hence my pci slot shortage.

I'll go with this and see what happens, it's cheap enough...

I think that may be an express, as in cheap or lite rather than PCI-E. The description calls it a 32bit PCI card, not PCI-E.

yup, its called "pci express card" but it is NOT a PCI-E card! there is a difference🙂 it wont work in the 1X pci-e slot.....
