I know that the best way for airflow is in at the bottom of the case with the airflow going up and over the CPU and then out by the power supply. My ? is would a PCI exhaust fan disrupt the aiirflow. Basically is it a good Idea to use one. My Case is Smaller on this computer (AZ11 mobo, Duron 700 mhz, 96 mb) and its pretty crowded in there. Is the PCI exhaust worth adding?

I would say that it is.
Get the one that uses only 1 PCI slot though, mine is an older that uses 2 :(

I would say use one I did for a long time before I got my Antec SX830. Now it is in my kids computer and doing just fine. They don't work as good as an 80mm exhaust fan obviously but they are better than nothing

I have one and I would certainly recommend it. It doesn't take that much air out so you won't be disturbing airflow to your CPU, but it will lower the overall temperature in your case.

i swear they don't work at all. my roommate last year had one and they were just loud. i had to put up with his little exhaust blower all day and all night in the dorms.

He put it besides his matrox g200 which barely produced any heat anyway and he didn't overclock. Cards besides the graphics card really don't produce that much heat

it works well in pumping out heat from your video card or anything directly near the fan.

but be careful, they break down in about 2 months if you have a dusty room :)
