PCI-E x16 reverting to x1 with overclock, how do I fix this?

When I disable the overclock everything works fine but when I enable it the pci setting goes to x1.

The mem setting is x2, fsb 260, pci 100mhz, cpu voltage 1.325.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Try to increase the NB voltage a little bit, and if there is a setting for FSB Termination voltage also increase that.
That is a known issue with some P965 mobos.
Also if that does not help, try a different FSB, like 667(333 Mhz) or 800 Mhz(400 Mhz).
