PCI-E slot video card?

If my motherboard ONLY have PCI-Express slots and PCI slots, can I put a AGP version of video card for this motherboard?

Nope. There is supposedly an AGP->PCI-E bridge in the works, but it is only supposed to work with half-height cards anyway.

no...but there is a PC-E - AGP adapter which will help
