PCI-e risers

Looking to get some for my PCs so I can fit 3 cards in my case.

Not sure what the difference is between powered/non powered, etc...

So if anyone is using PCI-e (16x) risers for gaming/mining, let me know what you got.

Perfect guide!!! Thank you. I can't believe you can run a 16x card in a 1x slot... D: Mind was blown by that.

Now all I need are some legit PCI-e riser recommendations... I've looked around on amazon but I'm terrified by some of the reviews regarding the build quality of certain risers.

I just ordered one of these to try. Figured that with that price, it is worth the risk of it being terrible quality. Hard to find risers these days for under double that price.

I probably won't get it until xmas but o well.

I got one from China, molex version - It never did work with my 7950s but it worked with my 9800 GT.

I wouldnt do it. You are asking for instability. If you must use one make sure its at least shielded:
