Question PCI-E power supply cable

Having trouble finding a PCI-E power supply cable on this site which one would it be if any?

https://btosinte.com/

Using this place because it is what Seasonic recommended but if there is a better site that delivers USPS I am all ears.

I need a third cable for my RTX 4090 only have 2 PCI-E power supply cables. Unless my research is wrong and i need 4.

If it helps my power supply is Seasonic Flagship PRIME SERIES SSR-1200PD 1200W PLATINUM FULL MODULAR ATX12V & EPS12V 135mm FDB Fan Super Quiet Power Supply

Which card do you have? I think the 'overclocking' models take 4x8pin power inputs to the 12pin PCIe power cable. Officially TBP is 450 Watts, which is 3x8pin 12v connectors.

That card was supposed to come with "One 16-pin to four 8-pin power adaptor" in the box (Gigabyte website). So you need four(4) 8pin PCIe power cables for you Seasonic PSU in total. Good luck!
