PCI divider on Abit BX133... opinions

Just got this great mobo, but when I set it at 125Mhz FSB and the PCI div to 1/4, Sisoft Sandra Says my PCI is at 41Mhz and the divider still at 1/3. Who's right? Well, other then that, it's better to have PCI running at 30Mhz than at 41, right? Are there any other programas that might tell me the PCI divider status?
