It depends how good your case cooling is already. If you have good cooling it might not help much. If you cooling in below par it might take you down a few degrees.

He is right. Axial fans like those are meant for localized cooling. There are "system cooler" versions that are on a big mount, and they stick into your system, but then, it would probably just be in a mess of IDE and power cables, depending on which slot you place it in
