PCI conflicts

I just installed an ethernet card, and unless I have my sound card out, Win XP will not boot. I assume it's IRQ sharing problems, but I don't really know where to deal with it, any solutions?

I've got an Abit KT7-Raid board.
 
change the pci slots and disable the plug n play option in the bios and winxp should take control. hope this help
