pci clock synchronization?

ok I finally decided to do a little overclocking and was wondering if every mobo is supposed to have a pci clock synchronization setting in the bios? I see pci e setting but I dont see pci. GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P is the mobo.

also 3DMARK06 is reporting my cpu at 3.8 when its actually at 3.6 which is a little odd.
